  • Is there a support group or community? Yes! At the start of the course, you will have access to an exclusive WhatsApp group for the community.

  • How do I access the classes? Classes are 100% online via Zoom. When the course begins, you will receive an email with the access link you can use every Monday of the course.

  • Are the classes recorded? Yes, all sessions are recorded and available for unlimited time here on the platform after the course ends. This way you can return to practice the techniques whenever you need.

  • What happens if I miss a class? You will be able to access the full recording within 48 hours. However, we recommend attending live to take advantage of the group energy and ask questions in real time.

  • Do I need to have my camera on? It is not mandatory, but it is recommended. This creates a more connected space and allows me to guide you better in the practices. Your privacy will always be respected.

ABOUT REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Do I need prior yoga experience? No, this course is designed for all levels. The practices will be guided step by step, adapting to both beginners and experienced practitioners.

  • Do I need to be flexible or in good physical shape? No. Kundalini Yoga practices adapt to all bodies and mobility levels. Many can be done sitting in a chair if necessary.

  • Do I have to believe in something specific for it to work? No, the techniques are based on neuroscience and physiology. They work regardless of your beliefs. You only need willingness to practice.

  • I don't understand anything about psychology or yoga, can I still take the course? Absolutely! The course is designed in simple and accessible language. We will explain everything you need to know during the sessions.

ABOUT MATERIALS AND PREPARATION

  • What materials do I need?

  1. A quiet space where you can move, ideally on a yoga mat, leather, or surface that insulates you from the floor.

  2. Comfortable clothing

  3. A cushion to sit on, if you need it (optional).

  4. Notebook for taking notes (recommended).

  • Do I need to buy anything additional? No, everything you need is included in the course. I will share downloadable support material at no additional cost.

  • How much space do I need at home? Enough to extend your arms and legs to the sides without touching anything. Approximately 2x2 meters is ideal, but it can be adapted.

ABOUT CONTENT AND METHODOLOGY

  • What exactly is Yogic Psychology? It is an integrative approach that combines tools from Western psychology with ancestral yoga wisdom to work with the soul, mind, emotions, and body as an integrated system. You can learn more by clicking [here].

  • How is this course different from psychological therapy? This is an educational and experiential course; it does not replace therapy. I teach you self-care tools to manage stress and, if you are in therapy, these techniques can complement your process.

  • How is this course different from a regular yoga class? We integrate theory, practice, and self-knowledge processes. Beyond regular classes, you will understand how your nervous system works and how to consciously reprogram it.

  • Will I have to share personal things with the group? Only if you want to. There will be spaces to share, but always respecting your privacy and boundaries. You can participate just by listening if you prefer.

ABOUT RESULTS AND COMMITMENTS

  • How soon will I see results? Many people report feeling calmer from the first session. Profound changes occur with consistent practice during the 4 weeks and beyond.

  • How much time should I practice on my own between classes? Ideally 11 to 31 minutes daily. I will give you simple practices you can integrate into your routine. Consistency is more important than duration.

  • What happens after the course ends? You will have learned tools you can use for life. Additionally, you will have access to the recordings to review whenever you need. I will also invite you to our ongoing practice community.

  • Does it work if my stress is very severe or I have chronic anxiety? Yes. As a psychology school, we designed this course to be safe and effective at different stress levels. The tools I teach are supported by both science and decades of yogic practice. If your case requires particular attention, you can write to me before or during the course to receive personalized guidance on how to adapt the practices to your situation.

  • What happens if I have technical problems during a class? You will have access to the full recording 24 hours after class. Additionally, you can write to me during the week to resolve questions about what you missed.

  • Is it compatible with mobile/tablet or only computer? It works on any device with Zoom installed, but I recommend laptop/computer for the best experience.
