  • Inicio: Motivo de Consulta y Planificación de Objetivos.

  • Desarrollo: Profundización, sanación de patrones y utilización de herramientas como meditación, imagenería, técnicas cognitivo conductuales, etc. En sesión.

  • Seguimiento: Acuerdo de tareas a realizar luego de finalizada la sesión, en el tiempo en que el paciente determine.
